First thing in the morning
If you find mornings difficult & a bit of a drag, you could try using an energetic crystal to give you a boost.
Citrine is a great energizing stone that can give you a real boost. Just having it near to you (within 6 feet) while you're in the shower or having breakfast can give you that morning zing that you need to wake up & get going.
Mid morning coffee time

Time to relax! While on your meal break use a really relaxing stone such as Magnesite to help you chill out ready for the busy afternoon ahead.
If you take a mid afternoon break, you might need a little pick-me-up if you're feeling sluggish to get you through the rest of the working day. Orange Calcite would be a great choice here as it works more gently than Citrine but will still give you that boost of energy that you need.
Its now time to start winding down after a hard day. Use Green Aventurine to bring comfort & calm. Let it dissolve any negative thoughts or emotions from earlier in the day & bring things back into control.
Howlite is the perfect stone to take to bed with you. Place it on your bedside table or under your pillow to bring calm & overcome insomnia. Sweet dreams!
