This crystal necklace uses 8 mm gemstone beads that have been specially chosen to improve the symptoms of Fibromyalgia.  There's a combination of Amethyst, Citrine and Green Aventurine beads with Tibetan Antique Silver donut spacer beads.  The necklace will be supplied on a colourful card but a gift box is available to purchase here if you prefer.

Amethyst helps with "fibro fog" and relieves pain, Citrine helps with concentration and extreme fatigue and Green Aventurine heals the nervous system and helps with joint pain.
