All orders are sent via Royal Mail and you can choose which delivery service suits you best. We offer a fixed shipping price as shown below.

Orders over £35 are sent via Royal Mail 24 free of charge unless otherwise stated.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us along with a tracking number (if applicable) which you can use to check its status. Please allow 12-24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 3 working days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at karen@tkemporium.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.  Sale items cannot be returned.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at karen@tkemporium.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. See our return and refund policy for more info.

There may be a few occasions when they fail to perform the service that they are required to. Though this happens rarely, from time to time it does occur, and we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item.
