Delivery Information

We aim to pick, pack and dispatch your order within 2-3 working days (Monday to Friday).

All orders are sent via Royal Mail and you can choose which delivery service suits you best. We offer a fixed shipping price as shown below.

With the Special Delivery service you will be able to track your order, with any other service you will get proof of dispatch and, with Signed For, you'll get proof of delivery. We won't be able to offer refunds for delayed or lost items for a period of 30 days from the date of posting for any service other than Special Delivery.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.  Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at karen@tkemporium.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. See our return and refund policy for more info.

While every effort is made by us to achieve the delivery times stated, we cannot guarantee this in every instance. We rely upon the services of Royal Mail. There may be a few occasions when they fail to perform the service that they are required to. Though this happens rarely, from time to time it does occur, and we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of an item.
