Returns and Damages
If you would like to return all or part of your order for any reason, please contact us by email at email@example.com within 14 days of receipt of your order. You will need to return your order within 30 days of receiving it and you will need to pay for the return postage yourself. Returns should ideally be sent in the original packaging and must be in the same condition as they were sent out in order for us to offer you a refund.
In the unlikely event that all or part of your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible by email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a photo of the damaged item(s). If the item has been damaged during transit, we may be able to offer you a replacement or refund. We won't be able to replace or refund if we believe the damage has been caused by your abuse or neglect of the item.
