We really appreciate our customers and love to give discounts and offers where we can. Please read below to find out how the various options can help you get money off your order.

Discounts & Offers

We have 2 types of discounts, automatic and manual. The 2 discount types can't be combined so you'll need to work out which option is best for you. Automatic discounts are available as buy more, save more type offers where you can get discount for buying 3 or 6 packs of incense, for example. Manual offers are where you have a code to quote such as an abandoned cart code or special offer code. If you've had automatic discount offers in your cart, as soon as you put a code in the "gift card or discount code" box the automatic offers will be removed.

Sales

There are no returns or refunds with orders that contain sale items.
